About Me

I started writing children's books on statistics and infographics, which turned out to be the natural gateway for explaining AI to people who'd rather not be. From there: VC, and eventually AI product work with government teams and UK SMEs.

The common thread is making complex systems legible without making them simple. I've shipped HR tooling for the Ministry of Justice, built live AI summaries for policy conferences, and written enough PRDs to know that "the AI will handle it" is the most expensive line in any of them.

Econ Musings

Ideas at the intersection of economics, AI, and how value gets produced and priced when the marginal cost of intelligence and agentic actions keeps falling. Mostly toy models, scratch visualisations, and the occasional blog post.

Currently testing hypothesis on Cobb-Douglas AI (what happens to the labour-capital production function when "tokens" become a third input) and Agentic WTP (how willingness-to-pay re-shapes when the buyer is an agent acting on behalf of a human).
